Cancellation Policy

At The Myra Inn, we aim to provide flexibility and transparency for our guests. However, cancellations can affect our operations, so we have established the following policy to ensure fairness for all.

Cancellation Charges

The following amounts will be retained for cancellations made prior to the arrival date:

  • More than 30 days before arrival – Full refund

  • 30 days to 14 days prior to arrival – 25% of the total room tariff

  • 14 days to 7 days prior to arrival – 50% of the total room tariff

  • Less than 7 days prior to arrival – 75% of the total room tariff

  • Less than 72 hours prior to arrival – 100% of the total room tariff (No refund)

Refund Process
  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7-10 business days from the cancellation request.

  • For any delays or concerns regarding the refund, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
