Terms and Conditions

Welcome to The Myra Inn. We kindly ask that all guests carefully read and adhere to our terms and conditions to ensure a pleasant stay.

Additional Charges

  • Extra bed: Rs 1000/800 per night.

  • For children aged 12 and below, no additional charge. They are considered our guests.

Advance Payment

Guests who have made a reservation through online platforms, phone, or email and have chosen the “Pay at Guest House” option are required to pay a minimum advance amount of ₹1000 at the time of check-in. This advance will be adjusted against the final bill during check-out.

Important Notes

  • Room tariffs include complimentary breakfast with two options: Indian and Continental.

  • Tailor-made packages are available upon request.

  • Taxes as applicable: 5% (Food and Beverage)  and 12% (Room tariff) based on the total amount.

Check-In/Check-Out

  • Check-in time: 12 Noon, Early check-in may be arranged based on room availability. Please inquire in advance.

  • Check-out time: 11 AM, If the room is not vacated by this time, additional charges may apply.

  • Late Check-in: We do not accept check-ins between midnight and 8 am unless a room has been booked for the previous night.

Fire Hazard

All rooms at The Myra Inn are non-smoking. Guests are required to use the balcony areas and ashtrays for smoking. Damages caused by cigarettes or burns will attract fines. Public designated smoking areas are available for guests.

Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to respect the cleanliness and tranquility of the guest house.

  • Management reserves the right to eject guests for disrespectful or inappropriate behavior.

  • Only registered guests are permitted lodgings.

  • Guests are responsible for the behavior of any visitors brought onsite, ensuring no disturbance to other guests or management.

  • Quiet Hours: From 10 pm to 7 am, a strict no-noise policy is enforced.

  • No Drugs Policy: Possession or use of illegal substances will result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.

Safety

Guests must comply with the decisions of the guest house manager, who is responsible for the safety of the premises. The manager has the authority to remove guests if deemed necessary for safety reasons or if their actions disturb other guests.

Loss or Damage

  • Guests are encouraged to deposit valuables with management for safekeeping.

  • The Myra Inn is not liable for loss or damage to personal property retained by guests.

  • Damage to the property, fixtures, or infrastructure will be chargeable to the responsible guest(s).

Force Majeure (Uncontrollable Events)

The Myra Inn cannot accept liability or compensation for situations where service performance is prevented or affected by “force majeure” (uncontrollable events) including, but not limited to, war, riots, terrorist activity, civil strife, natural disasters, adverse weather, or any similar occurrences beyond our control.

Extra Charges

Any additional services outside the contracted agreement will be chargeable and are to be paid directly at the guest house.

Disputes

Any dispute arising from this contract will be governed by Indian law under the jurisdiction of the Guwahati High Court.
